เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลง 1. คำจำกัดความ : ซึ่งถูกใช้หรืออ้างถึงภายใต้ส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของข้อตกลงการใช้บริการ
1.1 ผู้ใช้บริการ หมายถึง ลูกค้าแต่ละรายซึ่งได้ทำการจดทะเบียน ต่ออายุ โอนย้าย เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูล ชื่อโดเมน , เช่าพื้นที่เว็บโฮสติ้ง หรือใช้บริการอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับชื่อโดเมนกับ advanceserver.com
1.2 ผู้ให้บริการ หมายถึง advanceserver.com 2. ผู้ให้บริการจะดูแลระบบเพื่อให้ใช้งานได้ตามปกติ อย่างไรก็ตาม การเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยหลายอย่าง ซึ่งอาจจะอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของผู้ให้บริการ เช่น วงจรเชื่อมต่อของผู้ให้บริการ อินเตอร์เน็ตของท่าน อาจจะเกิดเหตุขัดข้องชั่วคราว หรือสัญญาณจากท่านไปยังผู้ให้บริการ อินเตอร์เน็ตอาจจะผิดปกติ ฯลฯ อย่างไรก็ตามหากระบบของผู้ให้บริการขัดข้องมีปัญหา หรือผู้ใช้บริการ พบปัญหาใดๆ ผู้ให้บริการจะรีบตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องดังกล่าว เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานได้ ตามปกติโดยเร็วที่สุด 3 . เว็บไซต์ต่อไปนี้ ไม่สามารถเช่าพื้นที่เซิฟร์เวอร์ของผู้ให้บริการได้
นำเสนอสื่อที่ผิดศีลธรรม ขนบธรรมเนียมวัฒนธรรม
นำเสนอ หรือ เป็นสื่อกลาง หรือ อ้างอิงไปถึงเว็บที่กล่าวร้าย เสียดสี ดูหมิ่น ต่อบุคคลอื่น องค์กร ศาสนา ประเทศชาติ
นำเสนอสิ่งผิดกฎหมายต่างๆ เช่น ข้อมูลที่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น , ซอฟท์แวร์ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ , สื่อลามกอนาจาร , เพลงในรูปแบบ MP3 เป็นต้น
เกี่ยวกับ SPAM
- ส่งอีเมล์ หรือ ใช้ URL จากเว็บไซต์ที่เช่าพื้นที่เซิฟร์เวอร์จากผู้ให้บริการในข้อความที่เป็น SPAM
- ส่ง SPAM MAIL ผ่านทางเซิฟร์เวอร์ของผู้ให้บริการ
ใช้ IRC bots รันบนเซิฟร์เวอร์
Hacker ผู้ที่มีความตั้งใจเจาะระบบของเราหรือใช้เซิฟร์เวอร์ของเราเจาะระบบผู้อื่น
ใช้ Third party script ที่ทำระบบ server เกิดปัญหาหรือไม่สามารถให้บริการผู้ใช้บริการอื่นๆได้ ซึ่งผู้ให้บริการจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำที่ละเมิดข้อห้ามดังกล่าว หากพบว่ามีสิ่งที่ถูกห้าม เราจะลบออกทันที โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า และผู้ใช้บริการไม่สามารถเรียกร้อง คืนค่าบริการใดๆทั้งสิ้น รวมทั้งจะให้ความร่วมมือ กับฝ่ายกฏหมายของบ้านเมือง ในการ ตรวจสอบ และให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ ตลอดจนดำเนินการทางกฏหมายทุกอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้อง จนถึงที่สุด 4 . ผู้ใช้บริการจะไม่ดำเนินการฟ้องร้อง หรือดำเนินการอื่นใด ที่ทำให้ผู้ให้บริการเกิดความเสียหาย จากเหตุใดๆ ซึ่งไม่ใช่ความผิดของผู้ให้บริการทั้งสิ้น 5 . ผู้ให้บริการจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายของผู้ใช้บริการ อันมีสาเหตุมาจากการที่ไม่สามารถ ใช้งานโดเมนของผู้ใช้บริการได้ หรือการเสียหาย หรือสูญหาย ของข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการ เป็นเหตุให้ผู้ใช้บริการขาดรายได้จากโดเมนของผู้ใช้บริการ ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น 6 . ผู้ใช้บริการต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงการให้บริการ และกฏระเบียบในการใช้บริการอย่างเคร่งครัด 7 . หากเว็บไซต์ หรือโดเมนเนมใด ที่ทำให้ระบบเซิฟร์เวอร์ของผู้ให้บริการเสียหาย หรือมีปัญหา หรือมีผลกระทบต่อผู้ใช้บริการรายอื่น ผู้ให้บริการสามารถระงับการให้บริการเว็บโฮสติ้ง หรือโดเมนเนมนั้นๆ ได้ทันทีโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า 8 . ทั้งผู้ให้บริการ และผู้ใช้บริการ ได้อ่านและทำความเข้าใจข้อตกลงการให้บริการนี้แล้ว และเห็นชอบทุกประการ ผู้ใช้บริการจึงใช้บริการของผู้ให้บริการ 9 . ผู้ให้บริการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณายกเลิกให้บริการแก่เว็บไซต์ ที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบ ข้อบังคับข้างต้นโดยทันทีโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าแต่อย่างใด และผู้ให้บริการจะไม่รับผิด ชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการยกเลิกการให้บริการ และการตัดสินใจของผู้ให้บริการ ถือเป็นอันสิ้นสุด

COPYRIGHT: Sites that distribute or link to pirate software, music or other copyright resources. Warez and mp3 sites are NOT allowed and will be terminated. Similarly, any site that is brought to our attention to be infringing intellectual copyright will be terminated. For example, if we are alerted to a site featuring stolen images, using trademarked terms in meta tags, or unauthorised mirror sites all your accounts will be terminated.
SPAM: We have a zero tolerance of SPAM. The promotion of any site hosted by advanceserver.com (and its associated urls) through off topic Usenet posts and/or unsolicited/opt-out E-mailing will result in immediate termination of your accounts.
NETWORK: Sites that disrupt our network / services or those of other networks/services are not allowed. Similarly, sites that promote Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, malicious hacking, anti-social or criminal intent, or other disruptive activities are NOT allowed.
ABUSE: If you attempt to subvert our advertising system, promote warez/mp3 sites etc, or violate our the Terms and Conditions of service your site and files will be deleted and account terminated. Every file now uploaded is stamped with the users username, IP and upload time. This means that anyone will be able to veiw the source and check the orign of any file uploaded. You have been Warned.
advanceserver.com will not be held responsible for the loss of any data, traffic, service, or earnings due to failure of our systems hardware or software. You are responsible for your content and should always maintain up to date back ups of all files.
advanceserver.com will provide support, free of charge via email, for queries of a technical nature relating to our hosting services. We will not provide technical support for creating HTML, Java, or any other web based media.
All hosting services are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any violation or abuse of the Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of your accounts and deletion of all files WITHOUT WARNING! |
